Rediscovered by one Dr. Harich, it has been shown to inactivate viruses, yeasts, fungi, parasites and worms as well as bacteria. Fortunately it does not seem to disturb beneficial gut bacteria and has also been used as a disinfectant!
Dilute first and use to gargle or as a mouth, nose or vaginal rinse, and to clean in the kitchen, toothbrushes, and vegetables. Ideal for travelling. Not for citrus allergy sufferers.
