A medium roast aromatic arabica coffee grown organically by remote villagers in the Papua NewGuinea Highlands. This roast & ground coffee embodies the raw energy of its environment and people. Full-bodied and smooth, this wonderfully aromatic 100% Arabica coffee ranks amongst the richest and most colourful of all the world's coffees. It is made from highly sought after Jamaica Blue Mountain beans, planted in the 1930s, which have flourished in their mountainous environment. The coffee continues to this day to be hand picked and sun-dried. It is then skilfully roasted to produce an aromatic and full flavoured coffee which is naturally lower in acidity and caffeine.
